We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return Time-frames

EC Hobbies will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee, this will be deducted from the refund amount and is to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged for the initial transaction.

 

Email info@echobbies.com.au with a subject line - "Cancel Order #(Your Order Number)" - Usually found on the email confirming your order.
